Purpose of Position:
To turn complex information/facts into clear findings that help take action or reach decision.
To define, formalize, and analyze the company’s sales and profitability results by designing and analyzing dashboards. To track achievements (marketing project and sales) against targets at the global, team, and individual levels, and to develop sales support tools.
To automate business processes where ever possible and support all information processes.

Primary Accountabilities:
• Planning and Budgeting:
Participates cross-divisional projects.
Fosters creativity in the development of new ideas while ensuring that they are based on solid business cases.
• Managing People and Resources:
Performs cross-divisional work with operatives.
Works closely together with Special Services manager to automate Special Services processes.
Works closely with CSMT and MT members to facilitate their information needs.
• Delivering Excellence:
Monitors / analyzes projects, sales actions, activity and incentives.
Provides activity steering tools for management.
Challenges and improves current level of management information.
Gathers information from various IT-Systems and rehashes the data.
Supports in improving data quality.
• Supporting the Business (operational activities):
Develops sales support tools.
Creates Reports and analyzes to support decision taking.
Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the sales organization.
Facilitates information needs and translates needs into concrete information solutions.
• Networking and Communicating:
Supporting sales tools.
Develop and maintain an effective network and communication between all relevant internal departments concerning customer/prospect.
Communicates and informs Special Services Manager about all significant points of the daily business.

Gestelde eisen

• Bachelor degree (BA / BS), study area: Information Sciences / Statistics / Economics;
• Two to four years experience and / or training;
• Minimum of 3 year's experience in a commercial analytical role;
• Experience with MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS, COGNOS (prefered), SAP BW, SAP, SQL (prefered);
• Languages: Dutch and English fluently. French: preferred;
• A source of ideas;
• Methodical;
• Ability to work in matrix organization;
• Ability to analyze and summarize;
• Dependable and flexible;
• Self motivated with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
