Company Profile Business Analyst/Consultant Accounts Payable & Management Information Systems - Breda
Business Analyst/Consultant Accounts Payable & Management Information Systems for an American multinational that have recently opened their European HQ in The Netherlands. Because of the European nature of the position no Dutch is required. We do require fluent knowledge of English and French or German.

Responsibilities Business Analist/Consultant
FUNCTION: Represents the company as the payment/information systems speicification resource necessary for design and implementation phase fortheir Accounts Payable & Management Information Systems.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Design/Development Process
a. Develops and provides prospects with Systems Specification questionnaires to aid in the companies understanding of the prospects business as it relates to the payment/reporting of invoices and/or shipments, as well as to provide the design information necessary to commence Systems Specification development.
b. Coordinates and conducts meeting(s) with new prospects to address the Systems Specification questionnaire; generates additional questions based on information received, if necessary, and develops implementation timelines.
c. Analyzes information received during meeting(s) with prospect and develops an Open Items document with associated target and deliverable dates.
d. As necessary, conducts sessions internally within the organisation to develop solutions to meet the needs and requirements presented by prospect.
e. Develops Systems Specifications within the timeframes agreed upon with customer.
f. Establishes pricing review meetings with Manager and Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing to determine if solutions documented within Systems Specifications coincide with pricing previously documented to prospects in Proposals.
g. Coordinates and conducts internal review meetings of Systems Specifications with management representatives from Client Relations, Client Programming, IT, Data Control (Inbound and Outbound), Data Entry and Audit. Updates specification accordingly based on meeting feedback.
h. Presents completed Systems Specifications to prospect management team and addresses any questions.
2. Implementation Process
a. Upon receipt of customer System Specification sign-off, coordinates initial implementation efforts at Cass by distributing approved Specifications to all necessary operational management staff.
b. Works with assigned Client Relations Account Representatives in transitioning implementation efforts to these individuals.
c. Attends Project Review implementation meetings to monitor status of implementation and addresses questions, as necessary.
d. Completes assigned implementation responsibilities as defined in the Implementation Checklist.
